| Eng Bureau 13th Apl 1864. Respy referred
to Col. T. M. R. Talcott comd'g 1st Eng Regt commending this
application to his favorable consideration, if Lt. W. can possibly be
spared. The iron is intended for the Piedmont R. R. & Lt. W., if he
is to be charged with collecting it, should place himself in
communication with Col. Garnett today. Two miles of this iron are
needed for the Piedmont R. R. |
