| I find it necessary to send some money to
Capt. G. E. Dickerson,, now in the vicinity of Fredericksburg
collecting railroad iron between that town and Acquia Creek, and
wishing to send it by a commissioned officer if you have one who can
be spared for two or three days for the purpose. I would be obliged if
you would direct him to report to me. |
