| Any person having a contract with the
Ordnance Department for the manufacture of pig iron in Tennessee is
authorized to fill the requisitions of Captain L. P. Grant, of the
Engineer Corps P. A. C. S. for iron needed in the reconstruction of
the bridges on the East Tennessee & Virginia Rail Road. |
