Sir,
   You are fully authorized to run your construction trains over the Rail Road between Meridian Miss and Demopolis Ala, provided your trains are run in the schedule of that Road {Alabama & Mississippi Rivers RR} and in no way to interfere with the running or management of the same. Authority is also given you to take possession of all crossties on said Road which have been contracted for by you, for the use of your Road.
