series from these Head Quarters, is so modified as to authorize Capt H.
R. Marks, Post Commissary at Houston to receive in payment for
subsistence stores sold the N. O. & T. R. R. Co.
{Texas & New Orleans RR} certified accounts issued by the Q. M.
Dept and also to cover all sales of subsistence stores heretofore made
to that Company. |
