| 11. In consequence of the inability of the
Govt to pay the N. O. & T. R. R. {Texas & New
Orleans RR} the large amount due the Co, the Post Commissary
(Capt Marks) at Houston is directed to sell to said Co. subsistence for
their employees at schedule rates to an amount not to exceed a regular
ration for each employee. Provision returns for the same to be certified
to by the Presdt or Supt of the road & approved by the Post Comdt. |
