| XV Superintendents of the various Rail
Roads in this Department will promptly report to the Inspecting Engineer
of Rail Roads any damage occurring to the Road bed or rolling stock of
their road that will seriously impede the transportation of troops and
munitions of war over the same, stating the means and probable time that
will be required to repair such injuries. |
