You will see that wood and corn be sent to this place and Va Point and
water to Va Point {by the Galveston, Houston &
Harrisburg RR} in sufficient quantities to supply the demands of
the troops and that the officers of the B. B. B. & C. Rail road
{Buffalo Bayou, Brazos & Colorado RR} be
instructed to furnish every facility of transportation for wood to
Harrisburg otherwise military possession will be taken of the R. R. and
the company may look to the Government for redress. |
