| VI The following privates are hereby
detailed for duty to assist in repairing the Bridge over Trinity River.
They will report to W. W. Morris, Engineer and Superintendent of the
Texas & New Orleans Rail Road, Houston. |
| E. P. Elliott, Co 'C' Elmore's Regt. T. B.
Wells, Co 'H' Debray's Regt. J. D. Coulter, Beknett Co. Bates Regt.
James Byrne, Co 'F' Debray's Regt. J. A. Pierce, Co 'F' O. Orchestra, Co
'F' H. H. Haskell Co. 'D', Griffin's Batt. All pay and allowances from
the Government ceases from date of Detail, until they report for duty
with their Company. Wages will be arranged between Employer and
Employees. A compliance with the above Details are optional with the men
detailed. |

| VIII Private Robert W. Rogers Co 'A'
Debray's Regt. detailed by former orders for Special Duty on the T. & N.
O. R. R. {Texas & New Orleans RR} is hereby
relieved from that duty and will report to W. Brown Presd of the G. H. &
H. R. Road {Galveston, Houston & Henderson RR}.
All pay and allowances from the Government ceases from date if Detail
until he reports for duty with his Company. Wages will be arranged
between Employer and Employee. |
