Haines, 2d Sergeant, Compy I Capt Hurst, 2d Regiment No Ca State Troops,
Col C. C. Ten in Maj Gene Holmes Division, Army of the Potomac, to the
Charleston & Savh Rl Road. |
| Mr Hanes is the brother of the
Supt of the Road, is an Engineer, & the services of such are needed by
the Road. It will not be without benefit to all, at this juncture to
secure for the work of the company those who have more than the usual
incentives. And it is in such ??s that I have felt it not wholly
inexcusable to interlude this request upon Genl Riply |
