Wadley A. A. G. The Secretary of War has approved your suggestion in
favor of the Atlantic & North Carolina Rail Road Company, classing
it as a side line and giving it the additional pay awarded to the
Roads coming under that Classification. The Approval of the Secretary
bears date May 25th 1863. |
