| V. Lieutenant J. W. Glenn as
soon as he has completed the duty on which he is now engaged, will
proceed to make an inspection of the Southern {(of
Mississippi)}, Mississippi Central, & New Orleans, Jackson &
Great Northern Railroads. He will make a report of their condition and
the time necessary to put them in passable order. Quartermasters will
furnish transportation, and other conveniences such as they can to aid
Lieutenant Glenn in this work. |
