Loving, Company D, Twentieth Virginia Battalion Heavy Artillery, to superintendent Orange & Alexandria Railroad, Lynchburg, Va.; J. F. Thurston, Company C, Seventh North Carolina Volunteers; J. W. Cole, Company K, Thirteenth Virginia Cavalry; W. M. Brock, A. Bailey, Company H, Arsenal Battalion, Local Defense Troops, to Charles G. Talcott, superintendent Richmond & Danville Railroad, in this city.
