Sir,
   The Railroad property which came into my charge by virtue of my appointment consisted of:
5 Locomotive Engines, from Louisville & Nashville Railroad
16 Freight Cars
105 lbs bar Iron

and a lot of laid rails on Government track at Augusta.

The following disposition has been made of them.

1 Locomotive Engine sold  to Charlotte & South Carolina RR

   The proceeds have been turned over to the Quarter Master General. All the property at Raleigh is in the hands of Capt. T. R. Sharp A. Q. M. or he has the necessary receipts.
