| Thomas Webb Esq and Haywood W. Guion, Esq,
Presidents of the North Carolina road, and the Wilmington, Charlotte,
& Rutherford road, respectively, will furnish freight trains --
fifteen cars each -- from Tarboro and Lincolnton, which cars will be
free from impressment by any authority whatsoever, so long as they are
engaged in transporting supplies between the points designated, for
the Hon R R Bridges. |
