Directors' Meeting of the Richmond, Fredericksburg & Potomac RR,

| The President stated that in conformity
with the to instructions of the Board at their last meeting, he
had prepared a bill authorizing the construction of the proposed
connection between this Road and the Orange & Alexandria and
Manassas Gap Rail roads at the Junction of the two latter Roads, and
had submitted to the House of Delegates, and was gratified to announce
to the Board its unanimous approval by that Body. the Bill was now
pending before the Senate and he felt assured would pass in a few
days. |
