| The terms of your letter of the 22d inst
with regard to the Engine Tracks are not satisfactory, but we
nevertheless send you the rate okd. |
| If you use them in moving the Engines it
will follow that those with be injured considerably and I therefore
consider it but right that the obligation of taking them back shall be
ours, and think you will agree with me. I therefore look at ??? any
ash ??? on which you can approve as forwarded to me, leaving the
question of ownership to be settled when you return the Track, and
wishing your much success. |
