Salisbury April 30 1861
The Board of Directors of the W N C RR
Comp met at the call of the president in Salisbury on the above date and
called to order by A M Powell President. Present A Henderson Jonas Cline
R A Caldwell Otho Gillespie W H Thomaston and A M Erwin.
On Motion of W. H. Thomas the graduation &
Masonery West of Morganton be suspended for the present and to be
resumed when the Directory may hereafter direct which was agreed to by
the board.
