East Tennessee & Georgia Locomotives

1861

June 30 Annual Report states that one locomotive was purchased and one lost during the past year. No details were given. Sam Tate was the locomotive that was lost.

1862

Purchased W. W. Gordon, January 11, 1862, and Charles T. Pollard and Georgia, December 19, 1862, all from Central (of Georgia) Railroad. Purchased R. G. Fain from Tredegar in April. Gordon was sent to Mississippi for several months.

1863

Alleghany, Hiwassee and Zurich were destroyed at Loundon.

1865

The Annual Report states that 4 locomotives were purchased during the war. No details were given.
